Portfolio art
Description: For art we are creating geometrical designs. First we had to do a plan for are geometrical design. Then we cut little pieces to put on the paper. And then we put it up on the wall in our class room so we can have a look at that we have done. We had to show Panekiretanga in are art work and then we were working. We got inspired by Eric carle

Discovery time
Description: In Discovery I did a war and braking a fan. In the war we use these things call imagines. William, Jacob Wescott and Jayden as my main teammates. The teams were 3 classics vs one big class. When we were breaking the fan a group of boys helped it was William b, Angus m, Jack w, Juven and Logan b. We almost got it open and all of the boys got to get something to take home to break.
Evaluation: I found building things hard.

Te reo
Description: For Te Reo we are learning a song by Stan Walker. The song is call aotearoa. We are making a kahoot for people to learn about Maori vegetables and fruit. I am learning this because I don't know all about Maori word vegetables and fruit.

Moon science
Description: In science we have been learning about the moon. The teachers set a task for us to make a movie about the moon. The moon orbits the earth. The Age of the moon is 4.53 billion years.

Evaluation: I think are group did very well working together.

- The moon is not a planet, but a satellite of the Earth.
- The surface area of the moon is 14,658,000 square miles or 9.4 billion acres.
- Only 59% of the moon's surface is visible from earth.
- The moon rotates at 10 miles per hour compared to the earth's rotation of 1000 miles per hour.

Seed to table science
Description: In science we have been growing plants with different liquid. This is what we uses coffee, Tea, fizzy, water, salt water and a mix of salt water and fizzy. This is The planting side of seed to table.
There is cooking to. We did this for 4 weeks.

Maths portfolio post term 2
Description: for term 2 in maths we were focusing on fractions of things with Troy we were given a task to do the task was to devide 300 Lego pieces into different fractions. All the fractions that he gave us was all up to 300.
